The simply furnished bedroom looks spacious and has little ornaments. The view from floor-to-ceiling windows does all the talking.

The following photos are from Floto + Warner. New York Magazine. This is how John Legend apartment looks when the 6-time Grammy Award winner John Legend moved in with his girlfriend Christine Teigen and bulldog Puddy in late 2009.

John Legend and Teigen’s architect Winka Dubbeldam filled the apartment with earth-toned furniture and painted the walls in shades of gray and white. The white leather button sofas stay though.

The freestanding bookshelves were custom-made by Brooklyn’s Voos Furniture to show off John Legend’s awards including six Grammy's. The abstract painting is by L.A. artist Jon Pestoni

The calm master suite of John Legend's home, far from the madding crowd of Manhattan outside. Silvery cushion covers and wallpaper from Flavor Paper give the luxurious look.

The "jellyfish" Barlas Baylar–designed chain-mesh chandelier was chosen by their architect to give the space an “airy, floaty feeling.” The contemporary dining-room table is by Antonio Citterio for Maxalto; the chairs are from Tacchini Italia.

Latest news: John Legend's apartment is now listed for sale at $3m.
